Hardware specifications

Dimidium Roleplay runs on a premium GTX-server based in Frankfurt. Currently the server has the following specifications:

  • 20 slots
  • AMD 7950X3D Extreme (5.7Ghz)
  • Realtime CPU Priority (Extreme Turbo Boost)
  • +10% Clock Boost
  • Up to 20GB DDR 5 memory allocation
  • NVMe 14,000MB/s (Extreme Performance) The server will be upgraded further if needed.


Server maintenance

The server has a carefully managed restart schedule in order to keep availability at the highest level for Europe-based users:

  • Forced restart and back-up: 06.00 (CET)
  • Forced restart and back-up: 18.00 (CET)

Additional restarts could be forced by admins due to server maintenance and updates.

Mods

You can find the mods used on the server in the modlist below. This list does not contain the custom mods used on the server, and it does not contain planets (encouraging players to discover the planets without looking at the specifications beforehand).

Server configuration

The server has a lot of modifications in order to improve RP, these modifications include:

  • Unlimited PCU
  • Some block-limits in order to increase roleplay

Admins may ask you to change grids if it affects server performance too much.
