Compensation Request
You can file for a compensation request if you lost grids or items due to server malfunction. You can file a request using the form below. After that admins will contact you regarding compensation.
Compensation requests are not meant for the following:
- Loss of items due to human error.
- Loss of progress. This means that you haven’t lost any items, but just progress. Use BaR to resolve this issue instead.
- Loss of items due to combat.
